UX Case study

BalanceBites

BalancedBites is a user-centric mobile application idea designed to address the unique challenges faced by commuters in big cities. The goal is to provide a convenient and healthy eating solution tailored to individuals who spend significant time commuting and often lack the time or energy to cook nutritious meals at home.

Brief & Overview

Living in a big city, heavy traffic is a part of daily life. Most people need to use multiple modes of transportation to commute between work and home, resulting in lost time and a compromised quality of life. People want to be healthy, but there is never enough time to take care of oneself. Upon arriving home, individuals are often exhausted and lack the energy to cook, leading to unhealthy food choices.

The expected service is one that helps commuters with this problem: a tech-savvy curated food and drink offering, focused on commuters' well-being and their need for a convenient, personalized service.
